THE QUARTER

This space has one thing that no other downtown Peoria venue has, 17,000 square feet of beautiful green space. This space allows for outdoor tent receptions and outdoor ceremonies. The beauty of having outdoor event space in downtown Peoria, is the convenient proximity to hotel accommodations. Just think, your ceremony and reception all in one place with no room flip or travel!
THE MEMPHIS ROOM
6,000 sqft. of southern charm.
The Memphis Room is 6,000 sq. ft. of southern charm and style, featuring over 28 eclectic vintage chandeliers throughout. At the heart of the room are two 5.5’ tall vintage crystal chandeliers, a centerpiece for this romantic design. This room also features two amazing skylights and oversized windows all around, allowing natural light to flow in. The Memphis Room will seat up to 300 guests.
THE GRAND BALLROOM
Clean line
urban style.
The Grand Ballroom is 9,700 sq. ft. and features a beautiful mix of southern industrial architecture and clean line urban warehouse style. This room features over 34 eclectic vintage chandeliers sprinkled throughout, with one massive 5.5 foot tall vintage crystal chandelier in the center of the room. Brick, crystal, glass and wood elements make up this rooms unique, but versatile design. The Ballroom also features a large, all glass, overhead door that can be opened to enjoy our beautiful outdoor patio. This is the ballroom of choice for any and all styles of weddings and events. The Grand Ballroom will seat up to 500 guests.
